A clear explanation of how this independent festival platform is intended to work.
These terms are being reviewed for the operational RAVE IQ website and app. Event ticketing, artist contributions and merchandise purchases are subject to the conditions explained below.
RAVE IQ is an independent Australian festival culture, DJ discovery and information platform operated by Tortuga Creations Pty Ltd. We provide event listings, editorial material, music links, Festival Care resources and merchandise information.
Dates, venues, lineups, accessibility information and ticket availability can change. Check the organiser's official current information before booking or travelling. Unless clearly identified otherwise, RAVE IQ is not the event organiser, a ticket seller or an official partner.
Artists and promoters who send content for review should provide accurate details and share only photographs, names, logos and music links they are authorised to submit for the intended use. Sending information does not guarantee publication. When community messaging opens, registered and verified members may post festival conversation and SoundCloud links in the shared room. Do not share another person's private information, harass others, impersonate RAVE IQ, spam, threaten or share material you have no rights to. Members can report messages and block other members; administrators can remove posts, suspend or ban accounts and record moderation decisions. Community content remains the responsibility of its author; moderators may not be able to review every message immediately. Public posting and direct audio-file uploads remain disabled until their respective safety checks are complete.
Listening links, streams and embedded players remain subject to the rights holder's terms. RAVE IQ does not grant a licence to copy, download, redistribute or commercially exploit third-party tracks or artwork.
Only individually approved RAVE IQ products and variants are eligible for checkout. The shop displays product prices in AUD and calculates Australian delivery charges before payment through Square. A particular option or destination may remain unavailable if production checks, shipping costs or supplier availability cannot be confirmed. Orders are fulfilled by Printful after payment verification and supplier acceptance. Please read our Shipping & Returns information before purchasing. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by these terms.
