RAVE IQ is an independent Australian festival culture and music platform operated by Tortuga Creations Pty Ltd, South Australia. We share information about EDM, Drum & Bass (DnB), House, Techno, Hardstyle, Frenchcore and Chill Vibes, including artists, events, The Opening Set magazine and Festival Care.
Event listings, lineups, dates, ticket links and artist information are provided for general information. They can change without notice. Check the organiser or official ticket seller before buying, attending or travelling. RAVE IQ does not sell event tickets and does not guarantee admission, availability, refunds or event performance.
Unless RAVE IQ expressly identifies a verified partnership, mentioning an event, artist, venue, ticket seller, record label or service does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, representation or affiliation. References to Tomorrowland, CORE and other organisers describe independent editorial coverage, not an official relationship.

Their appearance or mention does not transfer ownership to RAVE IQ. We do not claim copyright over third-party content or material contributed by artists or promoters.
Editorial illustrations and original RAVE IQ promotional graphics must not be mistaken for organisers' official event posters or documentary photographs. Proposed third-party media is subject to provenance, permission and director review before publication.
SoundCloud, official radio services, event promoters, ticketing providers and social networks operate independently under their own terms. We are not responsible for their services, changing prices, listings, content or policies. A link is not a licence to download, copy or commercially distribute someone else's music or art.

If an event listing is inaccurate, a credit needs correction or you believe your protected material has been used without authorisation, email operations@raveiq.com.au. Include the page address, the relevant material, your relationship to it and a way to verify your request. We will review it promptly and may amend, restrict or remove the material while the facts are established.
The RAVE IQ shop accepts Australian checkout requests for individually approved Printful merchandise only. Availability, production readiness, Australian shipping charges and the total in AUD must be confirmed before payment through Square. Unapproved designs remain browse-only. Check the current shop, Website Terms and Shipping & Returns information before purchasing. Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
