RAVE IQ / STORE INFORMATION
Information for Australian orders of RAVE IQ clothing, headwear and accessories.
Only approved RAVE IQ products can be purchased. Your item price, Australian delivery charge and full amount in AUD are shown before payment through Square.
RAVE IQ merchandise is made or packed by our production partner Printful and delivered to the address supplied at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Square on behalf of the RAVE IQ store.

At launch, the online shop accepts Australian delivery addresses only. Standard shipping is calculated for the product, number of items and Australian destination when you enter your delivery details. The item price, shipping charge and final total in Australian dollars are displayed before you choose to pay. No universal flat-rate shipping is promised.
Please verify the recipient details carefully. Incorrect address information may cause delay or extra delivery costs. Contact us immediately if a submitted address needs correction.
Many items are made to order, so production starts after payment confirmation and supplier acceptance. Production and transit times depend on the item, destination, service and supplier demand. We do not guarantee an arrival date that has not been confirmed for your specific order.
If your order is delayed, damaged, missing or unexpectedly held for production, contact us with your RAVE IQ or Square order reference. We will investigate with Printful and provide a suitable remedy as required by law.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to goods sold to Australian consumers. Where a product fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on whether the failure is major and the circumstances involved. Nothing in our policy excludes, restricts or overrides those rights.
Email operations@raveiq.com.au with the order reference, issue and photographs where relevant. We will assess the problem and explain the next steps. Do not return merchandise to a Printful address without instructions from RAVE IQ.
Because most merchandise is produced on demand, we do not generally offer discretionary change-of-mind returns or size exchanges once production begins. If you need to cancel or amend an order, contact us promptly. We will assist where production and fulfilment status permit. This does not affect remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Product prices and delivery totals are shown in AUD before payment. Any GST that we are required to account for is covered by our pricing arrangements; checkout will not add an undisclosed extra GST charge after the displayed total. Your payment is processed by Square. An order may be held if supplier costs change, a payment cannot be verified, or the item becomes unavailable; we will contact you to resolve or refund it rather than dispatch a substitute without your agreement.
